DELIVERIES
Delivery Destinations, Standard Shipping Rate and Delivery Time:

We at Med Cuisine EU/UK LTD (“we”, “us”, “Med Cuisine”) value transparency and fair trade. Therefore, for your ease and convenience we specified below our delivery rates. Please review this information.

We are proud to offer a fast and efficient service. Orders typically take 1-4 business days to process before shipping.
1.1. Delivery times are estimated. All our deliveries are handled by either DPD or EVRI courier services. Please note that these are external courier services. While we are happy for your feedback in case of shipping issues, “Med Cuisine” is not responsible for their service times.
Please note that the shipping and delivery times may vary depending on circumstances outside our control.
You will receive a tracking number from our delivery partners. Through this link, you may follow your parcel. Please take note of the estimated delivery schedules for all destinations as stated below.

Items of irregular shape, size or weight will be shipped separately.
Shipping cost always applies for all destinations.

Working day counted every day from midday – By placing an order during Monday – Friday by Midday (12 pm), the same day will be considered 1 working day.
Any orders which will be placed during Monday – Friday after midday (12 pm), will be counted from the following day.
Any orders which will be placed during the weekend (Friday after midday 12 PM – Monday Midday) will be counted from Monday.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
2.1. We will notify you by email as soon your order is placed to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If due to circumstances out of our control we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

2.2 We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
